One-to-one personal training in Marylebone

A private studio a minute from Bond Street. A small team, led by two people who have competed at world level.

Most people come to us because something has slipped. They are tired in a way that sleep is not fixing, things ache but do not go away like they used to, weight loss seems harder, or the last two attempts at getting back on it did not hold.

We are set up for that, and for the fact that your job is not going to get any quieter.

What clients tell us

“You’re more than just a personal trainer”

This is close to a direct quote, and we hear a version of it often.

What they mean is that the hour in the studio turns out to be the smallest part of it. We want to know how you sleep. What you eat when the day falls apart. How much pressure you are carrying and whether you have any intention of doing anything about it.

That is a different job from supervising exercise, and it is the one worth paying for.

“I felt so tired and old every morning. After deciding it was time to do something for me, I have my energy back and actually felt good about myself.”

The method, briefly

Training is one of five things we look at

The others are sleep, stress, nutrition and mindset.

Most programmes deal with the training and hope the rest sorts itself out. It does not, and that is usually why the last attempt came apart around week seven.

How the method works

How people start

Six to eight weeks to find out

We begin with a proper assessment: blood work, movement analysis, and a look at the week you have got, not the one you keep meaning to have. Then we build the programme. Every session gets logged, so in eight weeks you can see exactly what has changed.

Most people start with a six to eight week trial. That is usually enough to know.

Connor is an exceptional trainer - a joy to work with and I’ve had brilliant results. The holistic, data-led approach is unlike any training I’ve had previously and truly helped me level up. Highly recommend and thank you!

I had some brilliant strength training sessions with Saul. Both Saul and Lizzie are incredibly knowledgable coaches, and as an osteopath I am always looking for good coaches to recommend to my patients, and I would very happily send any of my patients to see Saul and Lizzie at The One Percent Club. I am seriously impressed with their level of knowledge, care and how fun strength training with them is - I would highly recommend The One Percent Club.

My partner and I started training with Saul in January and it’s been nothing less than a wonderful experience! The plan was structured from the start and he really listened to what we wanted to achieve whilst staying within the realms of possibility and making it actually sustainable to keep the physique. My favourite part has been getting stronger and seeing a real tangible different in myself both physically and mentally since working with Saul. I’d be happy to recommend the One Percent Club to anybody and just be real with the coaches on what you want to achieve and they won’t mess you around, sell you a dream or make you feel bad for sometimes actually having a life and wanting to go out and enjoy the body you’ve worked for. Thanks for everything Saul & Lizzie!
