Sports massage is available at the studio at £150 an hour.
How it works
Alongside a programme, usually
Most people who book it are already training with us and come in once a month or so. It works well alongside a programme, particularly when training volume is high or an old problem is grumbling.
You do not have to be a coaching client to book, but our availability is limited and priority goes to people we train.

Call the studio and we will tell you what is free. Priority goes to coaching clients, so the earlier the better.
