The 360 approach

Most training addresses one thing and hopes the rest looks after itself.

You can train hard four times a week and get nowhere if you are sleeping five hours, drinking three nights out of seven and eating your first real meal at nine. Plenty of people arrive having done exactly that, often with a previous trainer who never thought to ask.

So we look at all five, assessed at the start, reviewed as we go.

The five pillars

Numbered, because the order is meaningful

It reflects how the work is sequenced. Training first because it is what you came for, and mindset last because it is what keeps you here.

01

Training

Built around your body, your history and the week you actually have. If you can train twice, we programme for twice. Strength is the foundation, because it is the thing that holds up across decades.

02

Sleep

The one that changes everything else, and the one most people have quietly written off. Improving it often does more in month one than anything that happens in the studio.

03

Stress

You cannot out-train a nervous system that never switches off. For clients whose jobs guarantee it never does, this is part of the programme rather than a footnote: measured, worked around, with recovery built in deliberately.

04

Nutrition

Built around how you actually eat. Client dinners, travel, no time at lunch, a fridge someone else fills. A plan that ignores your real week is a plan you abandon inside a fortnight.

05

Mindset

This is what keeps you here in two years. You will not fail for want of a programme. You will fail because something happened, whether a bad quarter, a house move or an illness, and nobody helped you adjust around it.

Assessment

What happens before we write anything

Then we build. And we keep records, because eight weeks in you will not accurately remember how you felt in week one.

Blood work

so we are working from numbers, not guesses

Movement analysis

what your body will and will not currently do

Lifestyle evaluation

the real week, including the bits you would leave out

The trial

Six to eight weeks to find out

That is about how long it takes before the changes show up in how you feel and in the numbers. It is also short enough that you are not signing up to something you have never tried.
