The first session of the day starts at 6am. That is early enough to train for an hour, change and be at a desk for half eight.

Where exactly are you from Baker Street station?

About ten minutes on foot. Walk south down Baker Street towards Oxford Street; it becomes Orchard Street after Portman Square, and UNTIL is at number 1.

Is there somewhere to change?

Yes. There is a changing room in the studio, with lockers, towels and toiletries.

The studio opens at 6am, which makes a genuine pre-work session possible rather than theoretical. We close at nine, which covers the evenings when the day overruns.

That sounds like a small thing. It is usually the difference between training consistently and not training at all.

Worth the ten minutes?

Closer options exist, and if convenience is the deciding factor you should take one. What is here instead is a private studio and a small team led by two people who have competed at world level.
