Yes absolutely! Many of our clients have busy schedules and travel frequently. Our role and promise to you as coaches is to provide programs that cater for you and your lifestyle, whatever that looks like, so you can still reach your goals.
We coach clients with a wide variety of injuries and medical conditions, with our team all having a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry and extensive education. Your bespoke program will be tailored to accommodate your exact needs and condition and some of the more common issues we cater for include hip replacements, knee replacements, PCOS, obesity, diabetes, and burnout.
Yes! We offer both 1-2-1 and online coaching. This gives us the flexibility to help clients who have very busy schedules and can’t commit to coming to see us in our Marylebone gym or perhaps spend part of the year abroad or travel extensively with work.
Results vary from person to person based on consistency, effort, and the goals you’re working toward. However, if you stick with your training plan, most people start seeing and feeling noticeable improvements within a few weeks.
Your coaching includes your 1-2-1 hours together with us as well as constant support outside of your sessions and a clear plan for your nutrition, training, supplements and lifestyle factors each week. You will have constant access to The One Percent Club App where your plans will be stored, and you can log your progress.
We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week and a 12-week commitment in order to make steady progress towards your health and fitness goals, however this differs person to person.
No! You do not need ANY experience or fitness in order to start! In fact, that’s almost the perfect time to do so as we will be guiding you through the entirety of your health and fitness journey and setting you up with the best foundations and support with which to do so.
Your first session will consist of a 60-90 min assessment at our exclusive Marylebone based gym where we will establish a base line for your health and fitness. It consists of a movement analysis, blood test, health marker collection, postural analysis and a deep dive into your current lifestyle and habits. Your bespoke program for supplements, training, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments can then be designed! You will only be doing some gentle exercise but need to wear your normal active wear and trainers you are comfortable in.
We offer flexible scheduling and can accommodate changes to ensure you stay on track with your training.
